RATES & FEES

Infinite Routes, LLC is a private pay counseling and consultation center that is out of network with all health insurance companies. This allows for client privacy, as health insurance companies require that a diagnosis be given in order to receive services.

We work directly with clients and their caregivers to determine the services needed and move forward with a plan that is created by the clinician and client or caregiver, rather than dictated by health insurance companies.

We are able to provide clients with a monthly superbill that can be submitted to your health insurance company. Please contact your health insurance company to inquire about your out of network therapy benefits and, if your plan allows, how to submit an out of network reimbursement claim.

We believe that therapeutic services are an investment towards your health and overall wellbeing. We provide new clients with a Good Faith Estimate at the beginning of services so that you know what to expect.

Reduced Cost Services

If the service rate is a financial challenge, Infinite Routes, LLC maintains a limited number of reduced-fee openings. If you are interested in seeking services at a reduced fee, please notify us when you contact us.

We’re excited to announce that Infinite Routes will have clinical social work intern openings available starting this fall for individual therapy with children and teens. Our intern is an advanced graduate student who provide thoughtful, compassionate care under close supervision by a licensed clinician. Our 2025 Rates

Individual Therapy

  • $225 for 60 minute initial intake session

  • $205 per 45 minute session

OR

  • $100 for 60 minute initial intake session with clinical intern/MSW candidate

  • $100 per 45 minute session with clinical intern/MSW candidate

Guardianship

  • $1000 for completing Clinical Team Report (CTR). This includes: writing sections of CTR, meeting with client, reviewing evaluations, and signing CTR

  • $300 for signing Clinical Team Report (CTR). This includes: meeting with client and reviewing evaluations

  • $200 for in-person guardianship training

  • $50 for online guardianship training
